Founder & Managing Director

Elian Homsieh

Elian has more than 30 years of experience working with dental professionals. After graduating, he began his career with prestigious international dental companies including VITA Zahnfabrik and Noritake.

He has conducted training programmes across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, helping dentists and dental technicians strengthen both their technical performance and professional capability. He later founded Gaviotech, a dental laboratory, while also teaching business at Antonine University.

After founding SOAR Consultancy in 2022, Elian expanded his work with dental practices, supporting new-office openings, practice transitions, prosthodontic consulting, laboratory performance, and the business systems behind better-run practices.

His perspective combines dental-sector experience, education, operations, financial awareness, technical training, space planning, and practical management. This allows SOAR to look beyond isolated problems and understand how the full practice works as one system.
